At Shiozaki Manufacturing, we specialize in the production of large can products and various frame components used in steelmaking plants. As a partner company of Sumitomo Heavy Industries, we have been involved in steelmaking plants and possess advanced technology and know-how in thick metal welding. We can process thick plates of iron from 1.6 to 400 mm and SUS from 1 to 200 mm. We are also capable of handling large products weighing up to 20 tons. We have developed a manual based on our accumulated experience and technology, allowing us to perform optimal welding (such as permeability) according to the type of materials and the applications of products and components.
